WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in time is from 2pm.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT, OR EARLY CHECK-IN?

We try to be as accommodating as possible. Please communicate with Reception, and they will advise on possibilities and charges.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

A full refund is made on WEEKDAY room bookings (except for advance purchase, or early bird bookings) if we are notified in writing by 1pm, 48 hours prior to your date of arrival.

A full refund is made on WEEKEND room bookings (except for advance purchase or any early bird bookings) if we are notified in writing by 1pm, 28 days prior to your date of arrival.

The Saddleworth Hotel is, without question, the area’s finest venue for weddings, parties and family celebrations. We can accommodate dining up to 400 guests in the ballroom, with evening parties up to 500.
